Practical answers to common pest questions.
This general guidance will help you prepare your request. Every property and situation is different.
Questions and answers
How do I identify the pest?
Look for signs such as droppings, noises, damage or a nest. If you are unsure, select ‘Not sure’ on the request form.
What information is required for a request?
Enter your name, phone number and full address. A short description of the problem helps with the initial assessment.
How quickly will my request be handled?
We review requests as soon as possible and then contact you by phone to discuss the situation.
Should I prepare anything before a visit?
Make sure the affected area is accessible. Do not move or clean away evidence before taking a photo if possible.
What can I do in the meantime?
Seal food and pet food, remove waste and clean crumbs. Do not seal openings if animals may still be inside.
Is one treatment always enough?
It depends on the pest, the extent of the activity and the surroundings. Some situations require follow-up.
Can children or pets remain present?
Tell us beforehand about children or pets. Precautions depend on the treatment selected.
Why do pests sometimes return?
Food, water, shelter or openings can support renewed activity, so prevention and the underlying cause matter.
Which towns and municipalities do you serve?
Our service area includes the locations shown on the service-area page. Include your address so availability can be confirmed.
